This is the first session in a series on SQL. In this session Barry Collier looks at analysing data in preparation for creating a database and then creating the database using SQL.

The session covers the following points: analysing data in terms of how it would be applied in a database creating a database using SQL loading data from a text file generated from a spreadsheet running SQL in a command line environment (MySQL Server 5.6)
